Sr. Developer
FULL-TIME - REMOTE/VIRTUAL ROLE 

Key Responsibilities - Developer 

  • Develop Microsoft D365 Business Central & NAV including core, advanced solutions, and add-ons 

  • Collaborate with consultant team on projects related to system enhancements, data migration and integrations 

  • Analyze and estimate client modification requests 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of AL 

  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing NAV 

  • Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business 

  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision 

Requirements - Developer 

  • BS/BA degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience 

  • 2+ years development experience in D365 BC & NAV (AL, C/AL, etc.) 

  • 1+ years experience working in a progressive consulting or professional services firm 

  •  Ability to customize D365 BC with understanding of technical tools needed for application customization 

  •  Current technical skills such as, SQL Server, SQL, SSRS report writing, data schema knowledge, etc. 

  • Experience in ERP Support, Troubleshooting, and Admin 

  • Experience customizing NAV and D365 Business Central

  • Experience with Lanham EDI, E-Ship, E-Receive required 

  • Experience with .Net, MS SQL, SSRS preferred 

  • Dynamics NAV Development, Install, and Configuration certifications preferred 

  • Functional knowledge of the finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, and other modules 

Primary Job Responsibilities – Sr. Developer 

  • Develop Microsoft D365 BC & NAV including core, advanced solutions, and add-ons 

  • Technical and development phases of full-cycle D365 BC implementations & support tasks, including data conversions, integrations, & modification management 

  • Test functionality developed by the implementation team against business requirements to ensure strong functionality 

  • Upgrade, install extensions, support, and documentation of D365 BC & NAV

  • Develop and enhance the company-built BC solutions and available add-on. 

  • Work with Application manager and Business owners to develop project specifications. 

  • Collaborate with consultant team on projects related to system enhancements, data migration and integrations 

  • Coach and mentor junior developers while fostering teamwork and collaboration. 

Requirements -  Sr. Developer 

  • BS/BA degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience 

  • 5+ years development experience in D365 BC & NAV, (AL and C/AL)

  • 2+ years experience working in a progressive consulting or professional services firm 

  • Ability to customize D365 BC products with understanding of technical tools needed for application customization 

  • Experience leading developers and teams on implementations 

  • Current technical skills such as, SQL Server, SQL, SSRS report writing, data schema knowledge, etc. 

  • Experience customizing NAV2018 or newer, preferable Business Central. 

  • Experience with Lanham EDI, E-Ship, E-Receive required 

  • Experience with .Net, MS SQL, SSRS preferred 

  • Dynamics NAV Development, Install, and Configuration certifications preferred 

  • Functional knowledge of the finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, and other modules
